Impact Data

Since 1971, the Help Center has been taking calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to meet the needs of our community:

•  A little over half a million calls have been answered and we have made 300,000 outbound calls!
• 230,000 hours of volunteer time have been donated! 
• We've made 280,000 telecare calls since 1981
• In 1971 we took 1,593 calls.  In 2020 we took 12,342 calls.  That is almost 7x more.

Our Sexual Assault Counseling Center and Child Advocacy Center have served 4,028 clients since 1996!

Hearts & Homes Family Resource Center has served 444 clients between 2012-2020
