Who We Are
Help Center, Inc. has been providing support to Bozeman, the Gallatin Valley, and surrounding areas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, since 1971. In addition to crisis response and 24-hour suicide prevention services, we host the Sexual Assault Counseling Center, Gallatin County Child Advocacy Center, Hearts & Homes Family Resource Center, and Sacks Thrift Store. Our organization emerged from an increasing concern about drug problems in Montana’s Gallatin Valley. Just as the needs of our community have grown, so have our services and programs.
We serve the following Montana counties: Beaverhead, Broadwater, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Granite, Jefferson, Madison, Meagher, Park, Powell, Silver Bow, Sweetgrass, and Wheatland.

Help Center 211: 24-Hour Crisis, Suicide & Resource LinesProvides 24/7 crisis lines for anyone who is in crisis, suicidal, needs resource referrals, concerned about a loved one, or just needs someone to talk to. Local number: 406-586-3333.
We are one of the three crisis centers in Montana that answer the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and the 211 call center for 13 area counties, providing information on health and human services through the extensive Montana211.org database system |
Sexual Assault Counseling CenterProvides information, outreach, direct services, advocacy, crisis counseling, therapy, hospital accompaniment and advocacy, and legal advocacy to survivors of sexual assault in a safe, confidential environment. 24/7 support and crisis line: 406-586-3333.

Gallatin County Child Advocacy CenterProvides a child-friendly, safe and neutral location in which law enforcement and Child Protective Service investigators may conduct forensic interviews with children who are victims of sexual and physical abuse and neglect.
Our Counselor-Advocates provide comprehensive services to support child survivors and their non-offending family members using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. |
Hearts & Homes Family Resource Center
Provides a safe and supervised home-like location for families who have children in foster, kinship, or dual care to visit their children. Provides visit coaching to families to enhance relationships and increase support. Also provides supervised custody exchange and parent education workshops.

Sacks Thrift Store
Sacks Thrift Store helps fund Help Center, Inc. programs through community donations of quality items. The store also provide vouchers to community members in need of basic items.
