​Help Center, Inc. serves clients in Southwest Montana for crisis counseling, advocacy, information, outreach, support, and services in a safe, confidential environment.

We serve the following Montana counties: Beaverhead, Broadwater, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Granite, Jefferson, Madison, Meagher, Park, Powell, Silver Bow, Sweetgrass, Wheatland

Who We Are

Help Center, Inc. has provided support to Bozeman, the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, since 1971. Help Center, Inc. is comprised of Help Center 211, The Sexual Assault Counseling Center, Hearts and Homes Family Resource Center, Gallatin County Child Advocacy Center, and Sacks Thrift Store. Help Center, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.

Mission

​Help Center, Inc. provides crisis counseling, advocacy, information, outreach, support, and services to clientele in a safe, confidential environment. The intent is to assist clients in gaining insight, clarity, empowerment, client centered solutions and life improvement in the wake of life’s difficulties and in the aftermath of traumatic events.

Core Value

An effective, compassionate response to clients in crisis is critical to the wellbeing of a community.

​Across Montana, 211s receive more than 50,000 requests for help annually. We keep a curated, continuously updated database of resources across the state (including relevant national resources), to provide the best, most up to date information.  Throughout most of Montana simply dialing 211 will connect you to someone who can help you problem solve, intervene and advocate in crisis, and provide vetted information in times of community disaster. Montana 211 Counts is a tool to provide real-time, searchable and visual presentations of Montana 211 data.
