Referral Database &
Crisis Answering Service
for
Mental Health Practices & Agencies

If you wish to register as a practice/agency for the first time, please email us and we will set up for you.
If you registered as a practice/agency in 2022, you can update your information with our update form.
Register your entire practice.
In recent years, we have heard from mental health practices that they would like to have a way to be included in our Mental Health Directory and Crisis Answering Service as a group rather than as individual providers. We've heard you and have made some exciting changes to accommodate this. Now you can create ONE profile for your practice! This is intended for practices that have an intake system and/or single phone number to contact your agency/practice to make appointments with one of your mental health providers.

You can register only to be in the Referral Directory or also add the Crisis Answering Service option for a fee. If you need a reminder of what those services entail, you can learn more HERE.

Please note, you do not have to sign up as an agency if you don’t wish to. You are welcome to continue having each individual provider sign up and pay on their own.
Benefits to Signing up as a Practice/Agency
  • A point person from your organization can be responsible for signing up and keeping the practice profile updated instead of depending on the providers doing on their own.
  • You do not need to have your providers register or update their profile when you have staff turnover.
  • Pay one annual fee that covers your entire practice for the whole year.
Your Responsibilities
  • IMPORTANT: To sign up for the after-hours Crisis Answering Service as a practice or agency, you must provide an up to date on call schedule OR a centralized number that can be reached 24/7 by the Help Center. You can provide this monthly, quarterly, or whatever works best for you.
  • Keep your practice profile up to date, especially ability to take new clients.
  • Renew your registration annually each January.
  • PLEASE communicate with all your providers if this what you plan to do as a practice, so that they do not sign up individually.
Cost
  • The services we offer are the same as what we provide individual providers. You can review them HERE.
  • The Referral Directory remains FREE!
  • Crisis Answering Service Fees are as follows:
For-Profit Mental Health Practice/Agency Group Rates:
  • Rate is based on number of mental health providers in your practice:
    • 5 and under: $500/year
    • 6-9: $1,000/year
    • 10-15: $2,000/year
    • 16 and over: $2,500/year
Nonprofit Mental Health Practice Rates:
  • If you are a nonprofit and have an on-call schedule or after-hours centralized phone number for your practice, you can register with us. We do not register individual mental health professionals for nonprofit practices into our Crisis Answering Service.
  • Rate: $800/year
    • If you need to set up monthly payments, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
How to Sign Up:
  • ONE PERSON will need to register the practice/agency. Please email us and we will set it up for you.
  • If you signed up as a practice/agency last year, you can use the UPDATE FORM.
  • At the top of the form it will ask “are you submitting a listing for an individual provider or an agency?” Select AGENCY.
  • The form will only allow you to select 8 areas of specialization. If you need more than 8 due to being a practice, please email us at info@bozemanhelpcenter.org.
  • You can include a centralized after-hours number in the registration form. If you have an on-call schedule, you can email that to info@bozemanhelpcenter.org.
