New! Participate in our 211 Mental Health Challenge during the month of October, because we ALL have mental health!

Participate in activities to support YOUR mental health such as reading, yoga, learning about suicide prevention, carving a pumpkin and more! Our goal is to collectively log 211 activities, inspired by the Help Center's 211 line, which has been an essential part of the community response to COVID, providing an easy to remember phone number for those in crisis or in need of resources.
Current Participants: Click Here

How to participate:

3. Follow the Help Center on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and/or join the PRIVATE Facebook group just for participants. You will be emailed a link when you register.

Prizes
To be eligible for weekly prizes, you must enter your activities no later than 10pm on Saturdays. For example, to be eligible for the weekly prize the week of Oct. 4-10, you must log your activities by 10pm on the 10th. Anyone who enters at least one activity that week will be entered into the drawing.

Join our Online Community
Since we cannot be together to experience the energy of Run for Your Life, join our Facebook Group to connect with other participants. This is where we will be posting a lot of encouragement, sharing challenge and race-day photos, costume contest submissions and winners.

Sharing on Social Media
Share your progress on social media and help us bring awareness to mental health and suicide prevention! The goal is to help normalize mental health conversations and struggles. We know none of these activities alone can "fix" mental illness or mental health challenges, but practicing self-care can be instrumental in assisting and supporting.

Check out our social media tips and download any graphics below.
